Out of Character Backtagging: I will backtag until the ends of time. If you're okay with older threads, I'm okay with continuing them. Fourthwall: I don't mind, so long as you run it by me first before doing it. Offlimits: Nothing is particularly off-limits as of right now. It really depends on the situation. If I have something that comes up, I will be sure to bring it up. This might be updated as time goes by. Threadhopping: Also A-Okay as long as it is discussed with me first. Handwaving: If you feel like a thread has gone on for a long period of time and you'd rather move on to new content, I am totally okay with handwaving things. Please do let me know and I would be happy to do a short summary of what might have happened so we could do something more recent.

In Character Physical/Mental Contact: I don't mind physical contact, especially since Seasons really encourages it, but likely in a more platonic way for Meteion. Please give her a ton of hugs and maybe hold her hand sometimes, but obviously, nothing beyond that. As far as mental contact, considering how she uses telepathy (through mind reading and emotional projection), it's natural it may happen. Flirting/Affection: I love shipping, but considering Meteion's naivety, I will likely not pursue this avenue too much. If shipping happens over time with someone around her age and they have good chemistry, I am open to trying it. I don't know how likely this will be with her though. Otherwise, feel free to give her a lot of platonic love! She will likely be happy to hold hands or give hugs as a means of support and affection. Fighting: I don't particularly care, but why would you want to fight a small bird? Her gothic phase not withstanding, she won't really have the desire to fight unless she absolutely has to. If the situation comes up, I'd say to check in with me first. Injury/Death: Kind of piggy backing off of fighting, I don't particularly mind if the situation calls for it or there is some kind of game mechanic/event that leads to it. Please talk to me first before though. I'd probably rather not have her die, but injuries should be okay. CRAU: If you had CR with a previous Meteion before, I don't mind if they remember her. Just keep in mind that she won't remember them. A heads-up is all I ask about it, otherwise, go for it!

Abilites Reading Emotions: Meteion was created with the intent of understanding the purpose of what people live for. Because of this, she was created through dynamis. Dynamis is an energy source much like aether, but much less known by the populace. Unlike aether, dynamis is not an energy source that can be felt or seen. It is derived from emotions.

As such, Meteion is able to read and feel emotions from others. The most notable instances of this are documented by the time she spent with Hermes, following him everywhere. In the MSQ, he even asks the Warrior of Light to take her out for a walk because he did not want her to feel bad from the emotions he was presenting. Telepathy: Meteion can communicate telepathically, but not through typical means of specifically reading minds. She can read the emotions around her and then project her own emotions in return. A part of the MSQ has you accompanying her around and she tells you that she's not actually using telepathy as much as the other is converting her emotions into "words and intention."

Here are two examples found in the game as I was going through Endwalker with an alt. The first is when you encounter the Shoebill & the second following that follows this event:

"Anyway, I'll try reading its mind. That's my power!"

"Hmmm... I can't read it. Or maybe...there's nothing to read?"
--- "This is my power. I can read the emotions of those around me, and project my emotions to others in return."

"I am not actually speaking to you in your mind. Rather, you are converting my emotions into words and intention─a process performed subconsciously by intelligent life-forms."

Manipulating Dynamis: Meteion has strong abilities when it comes to dynamis. Being an entelechy, she has full access to dynamis and has been seen numerous times using it as a weapon or tool. As you chase her down after receiving the message, she manipulates her aether to run away, making it difficult to trace her signature, even for someone like Hythlodaeus who admits that even he has a hard time finding her. Hythlodaeus who is known for keen eyes and the adept ability to sense aether. She can also use this ability to change herself into a bird with long tail feathers for easier transportation.

She's even able to use this as a weapon, as noted in her time in Ultima Thule. On the ship she "unmade" Thancred when he attempted to stop her. She mentions this when they ask about where he is, stating that he's temporarily everywhere in the aether around them. Though he cannot be seen or heard, his presence is still around for a time. This is an ability she possesses, but I do not intend to use it in this manner. At most, she'll use it to transform into bird form.

Opt-out Blanket Spoiler Warning: I would like to avoid spoilers as much as possible, but Meteion in particular is a spoiler as a character. She's easy enough to hide big spoilers, but her upbringing will likely make it difficult to avoid all of them. I will be doing my best to do so if someone has not gotten far enough in the story. Considering that she plays a huge role in Endwalker (on the second half of the story in particular), I cannot guarantee that she'll be completely spoiler-free. Because of this fact, I just want to make it clear that there might be some from time to time.
